  以下是參賽需要注意事項：

1. QUALIFICATION FOR ENTRIES: ...Only works completed after June 15, 2007 will be accepted. 2007年六月15日之後完成的作品才符合參賽資格

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:Works submitted for selection can be presented on DVD in either NTSC or PAL. Entries to the New Media Competition may also be submitted on CD-ROM, DVD-ROM or website link in Flash format (SWF) ONLY. 動畫作品以 NTSC (720x486或640x480)為標準格式，新媒體類則可送CD-ROM, DVD-ROM or website link in Flash format (SWF) 三種擇其一。

3. The entrant must include the director's biography, director’s photo (300 dpi) and a minimum of 3 stills (300 dpi) from the film. These files can be uploaded online, submitted on CD-ROM or emailed to entries@animationfestival.ca 

4. Entrants are asked to include a copy of their confirmation email with the Entry ID when sending their preview DVD. 作品光碟寄出時必須附帶一份包含作品的大會編號Entry ID 的報名確認電子郵件的紙本。

5. REGISTRATION AND DATES: 作品光碟必須在6/16寄到以下地址

在收到作品入圍通知後，則必須在8/15之前轉成Betacam SP (NTSC only) 錄影帶寄出，以參與放映和競賽.
